Marla Maples Speaks Out After Ex Donald Trump Slams Heidi Cruz: ‘Keep the Peace’

Why wouldn’t we be able to be companions? Marla Maples stood up about ex Donald Trump in another meeting on Thursday, March 24, only one day after the Republican presidential leader retweeted an unflattering photograph of Ted Cruz’s significant other, Heidi Cruz.

Trump, 69, reposted next to each other photographs of Heidi and his present, third spouse, Melania Trump, on Wednesday, March 23. The basic image — which was subtitled, “words generally can’t do a picture justice” — indicates Heidi, 43, looking fomented, while previous model Melania, 45, seems stunning and shining.

Maples, why should wedded Trump from 1993 to 1999, was not delighted by the tweet, advising Entertainment Tonight that it’s best to “keep the peace.”

“I believe the world is just a better place when we can keep the peace,” the 52-year-old TV personality said. “We’re all different, but we’re all alike in a lot of ways.”

Maples (the presidential candidate’s second wife) added that Trump sent her his best wishes when he found out that she was competing on season 22 of Dancing With the Stars with pro dancer Tony Dovolani.

“He wished me the best of luck, absolutely, and I so appreciate it,” she said. “It was fantastic. So many friends and family are reaching out. It means so much. I haven’t been able to respond to everyone, but I gotta tell you I feel all the energy and support. With all my heart, I feel every good wish and every prayer and it really helps me out.”

Trump and Maples are parents of daughter Tiffany, 22.
